The Copenhagen Interpretation (Quantum Theory)

The Copenhagen Interpretation is the standard framework for understanding quantum mechanics, developed primarily by Niels Bohr and Werner Heisenberg in the 1920s. Its core principles include:

Wave-Particle Duality: A quantum system is fully described by a wave function (ψ), which encodes all possible states the system can be in.

Observation Causes Collapse: The act of measurement or observation causes the wave function to collapse into a single, definite outcome.

In Visual Terms:

What exists is not the object, but the possibility of the object —And in the moment of looking, the image becomes real.

Observation is not passive; it is creative.
